    1. intact
    2. unscratched
    3. With Boucher.
  2. Check the receipt. –
    1. Price of the CD is correct
    2. Name/title & the cd is correct.(should not be mentioned merely ‘Riyaz cds’ )
    3. Date of the receipt.
    4. Name & address with Phone no of the dealer.

ABOUT DEALER / RETAILER –
“Dealers” are supposed only to deliver Riyaz cds at ‘companies fixed price’.
They are not expected to give any ‘DEMO’ or discuss / explain / talk about contents.

AT HOME -
Run & check ‘Riyaz Cd’ on your respective audio systems.
In case of failure, You should launch the complaints within 8 days from date of purchase.
Complaint should be made ‘STRICTLY’ to the H.O. & not to the dealer. (Dealer may be informed only)

SUGGESTION –
Incase of failure / not running, before launching the complaint, try it on one or two another similar systems.
